Participants in the Qurax Private Sale will receive their tokens according to the following vesting plan:
TGE (Token Generation Event): 10% of purchased tokens will be unlocked immediately at TGE.
Cliff Period: A 3-month cliff will follow the TGE, during which no additional tokens will be released.
The remaining 90% will be linearly vested over 12 months, starting after the 3-month cliff.
What This Means:
10% unlocked at TGE (Day 0)
No tokens released for the first 3 months after TGE
After 3 months, the remaining 90% will be released monthly over the next 12 months (7.5% per month)
Example:
If you purchase 10,000 QX tokens, your distribution will look like this:
1,000 tokens (10%) at TGE
No tokens for 3 months
750 tokens/month for the following 12 months
